RETURN POLICY

Please follow these few return guidelines:

  1. All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving goods via e-mail to info@balibalance.net.
  2. For damaged goods we would appreciate a few photographs of how the package arrived and what was damaged. These items will be replaced with your next order.
  3. Return shipping must be prepaid and with a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Bali Balance takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. As each country has different rules & regulations, Bali Balance prices do not include any import duty, taxes or any other import charge that may be levied on your order. In the event you cannot or decide not to clear customs for any reason, your order may be refunded subtracting the shipping cost plus a 50% service charge of the total order amount. The product will be destroyed by customs in the country in which it has not been cleared.

Prices are stated in USD. Price and availability of these products sold on this site are subject to change without notice.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is required before shipping; it is only effective when the funds are received net of charges in Bali Balance`s bank account. You can pay your order via PayPal or credit cards. 

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 3 days upon reception of the full payment into the Bali Balance  account. The shipping information (AWB) will be send to you by Bali Balance, so you can track your order. Following credit authorisation and verification, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days.  This is an estimate.  This does not include weekends or holidays.

 

MINIMUM ORDER

We do not have a minimum order value. However, for you to get the most value out of your purchase, we recommend to order minimum 1 kg as the minimum charge for shipment is 1 kg.

To calculate the weight of your purchase, simply convert the ml (millilitres) to g (grams). For example, a body wash 265ml is approx. 265g.

Shipping price is a flat rate of 3 USD for Indonesia
Shipping price is a flat rate of 20 USD for Asia
Shipping price is a flat rate of 30 USD for Australia and New Zealand
Shipping price is a flat rate of 35 USD for Europe
Shipping price is a flat rate of 40 USD for International

Courier does not accept addresses stated as P.O. Box; please state a street delivery address. If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

Bali Balance is not responsible for any matter regarding the custom policies or administrative fees and duties that may apply in customer country.

 

TRACKING

Use the shipping information, Airway Bill with the Tracking number sent to you by our admin to track the status of your shipment.

 

CONDITION OF RECEPTION

Products are guaranteed original and genuine. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. Courier is responsible of delivering goods in the same quantity and state as per their pick-up. Upon reception, you are responsible of checking your parcel. Any discrepancy such as damage or loss, should be escalated, and claimed directly to the courier. Any events, whatever they are, which evade Bali Balance`s willpower (force majeure, strike, administrative decision, shipping problem, etc.) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used against Bali Balance as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give you the right to claim for damage and interests.

 

DOCUMENTS

We supply a commercial invoice and the MSDS (material safety data sheet). We will not be held responsible to supply any additional document.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.
